About

I’m a 20 something year old New Media grad from BCIT and Self-Employment and Entrepreneur Development Society (SEEDS) grad whom after working for several corporate companies in Vancouver, got tired of the mundane Monday to Friday job and decided to control my own life. I was tired of feeling forced into a role, drained into feeling that once you are in your 20′s you should be at the peak of your life, doing exceptional things or desk pushing for some corporate head wig who’s business ideals come from an economy based on factories and average workers.

With one Father who loves to cook and another who loves photography, it’s no wonder why I was drawn into the world of food photography and cooking. Tea with Me is the creation of growing up with parents who embraced the ideals of being different, questioning the world, travelling and exploring. It’s my little outlet to be who I am, without constraints; to enjoy and share – food, photography and experiences.

In a society dominated by technology and fast food, our culture has lost our sense of adventure, to take that leap of faith to explore and try new things; even when it comes to food. My intention is to promote a healthy lifestyle between helping our planet through sustainable means and using local food with fewer preservatives.

Tea with Me is a place to sail away from my own safe harbor and giving back to the earth.
